Ordered it delivery and didn't realize how it was made. Crust didn't taste too fresh and upon doing more research I realize why - it's pre-made crust. I like a fresh hot crispy crust with chewy dough inside, personally. The reason for the one star is because of their boneless chicken wings... good god - at least use chicken breast. It was HIGHLY processed chicken, like what you would order from burger king, tossed in sauce. Even the breading was soggy. It seemed like something you'd buy in bulk from Costco. I get the fast/convenience of it, but it's not quality food, at all. Also not once through the ordering process did anyone tell me the total price of our order... which turned out to be WAY overpriced. They're making a pretty penny off of people, that's for sure.

I've got to say that Denver is not known for its great pizza. Yet, after much searching, I've found decent enough pizza. This place- was one of necessity. We have a peanut allergy and were on our way back from vacation. . so we stopped at China Lee for carryout. Due to the peanut allergy, and kids love of pizza, we picked up a couple little ones. . for the little ones. I took a bite. . .and I'll forever regret swalloing, and those 20-40 calories I will never get back. It tasted like someone greased the inside of the over, let it sit for days, and then baked. . .giving a pizza a subtle, yet yucky, aftertaste. . somewhere between burnt oil and just bad pizza. Now the kids didnt' mind, and had mostly eaten by the time I had tired. Otherwise, I would of sent this cardboard they call a pizza back. If your in the area, drive around. You have Live Basil on Hamden, Peppinos over on Arapaho.. . . You can do a lot better I swear

My family loves Freestyle Pizza! I stopped by to get a pizza to go right at their closing time. One of the workers told me that they had turned off the oven already. Then the oner came out and turned it back on to make a pizza for me. It was very thoughtful of him. He is very professional and obviously care about his business and satisfaction of the clients. Pizza is always very good :). Will be coming back!

My boyfriend and I don't exactly have the same taste in pizza toppings so this place is perfect. I get to make my fun exotic pizzas and he gets his same boring ones. It is reasonably priced, ordered the pizza combo meal for $8.70. The salad was a very good sized portion for just a side salad. Loved the fact that you get to pick 3 vegetables to add into your salad. The dough on the pizza was just how I prefer my dough, crisp but still soft on the inside. Am definitely coming back, especially when I'm in the mood for pesto on my pizza.

This place has quickly become one of my favorites! The pizza is fantastic, and I really love how I don't have to compromise with my kids on toppings. I can get whatever I want (and as many toppings as I want), and so can they. The kids love it even more than I do. It's really a great concept- makes you wonder why other pizza places haven't offered this before. Salads are nice and fresh. Haven't tried the wings yet, and I'm looking forward to trying one of the dessert pizzas next time I'm in.

Upon entering you think that the pizza would match the decor and ambiance. Brick walls, graffiti paint and bicycles hanging from the roof. You will be highly disappointed to know that the look of the inside of the place is no direct reflection of how the pizza will taste. If you are looking for a crisp crust, quality tasting pizza, then Freestyle Pizza definitely is not the place. They serve what I would consider to be a below average pizza at best. Served in two sizes, 6 and 10 inch, otherwise known as personal pizza size. They use pre-made pizza dough served up subway style, meaning you point at toppings in buckets on the opposite side of the glass as the pizza maker pushes the pizza down the counter. The first issue is that you have rows of topping buckets, so you have to be precise when you point out what toppings you want. There are no charts or diagrams or menus on the walls to give the customer any direction of how it works and what the prices are. Once the pizza is completed it is put on a wire rack oven and the bake time is 2.5 minutes. The taste kind of reminds me of a bland Chucke Cheese Pizza, but worse. Sorry, but 1 star is more than you deserve. This Brooklyn boy will stick to Grimaldi's, Bill Bills, or Lil Riccis. It was also way over priced at 9 dollars and some change for a 10 inch cheese pizza and a children's size drink. On the flip side, the school kids may like it, but then again I see these same kids eating bologna sandwiches on dry bread at King Soopers and they seem to be enjoying that, so it doesn't say much. Good luck to this new place, but I don't see this joint lasting more than a year, possibly two at most. The investors who participated in this place will be lucky if they ever see a return. Two thumbs way down! I won't ever be returning.

I was expecting better, the majority of reviews look positive. I ordered a small pizza and wings, $17 later...BOOM....45 minutes later the delivery guy calls from down the block and can't find the place...asks me to come find him!! WOW, Once I get back home, I discover I could have pulled a Totinos pizza out of the Freezer and it would have been bigger and more toppings than the Grinder pizza. I couldn't find half the toppings that were supposed to be there. IDK, may give it another try....way to pricey and not very tasty.....

Quick and tasty pizza. We ordered through Grubhub and had the pizza delivered. There was a problem with the Grubhub menu, so Freestyle called us right away to solve the problem. They delivered it within 15 minutes and threw in a free cookie (which was amazing!). I would not recommend the wings, but the pizza is worth getting again...especially since it's free delivery!

Great place for a quick lunch. It's like the Subway or Chipotle of pizza places. Different kinds of dough and sauce to choose from, wide variety of toppings, and the pizza only takes a few minutes to cook. The pizza toppings double as salad ingredients if that's what you order. The food itself is good. Not so good that you'll forget it's a fast food place or anything, but you'll enjoy it.

Our family loved this place!!! It was neat that everybody got to individualize their own pizza, and we didn't have to agree on the toppings (which we normally don't). We got the family pack, which resulted in a reasonable price for pizza and drinks for a family of four. We would love to see some fresh herbs in the toppings section, and maybe some labels to show you what the toppings are, but other than that, the service was great, as was the food! P.S. TRY THE COOKIES!!!

The ingredients aren't anything special, but the crust is good and it's a nice quick lunch. It's nice to get pizza fresh out of the oven in less than five minutes. The variety of ingredients is impressive.

Freestyle is not your standard pizzeria. The idea behind Freestyle is fast casual personal pizzas. Think Subway or Qdoba but pizza. Its very fast, taking only about 3 to 5 minutes to make your pizza. As long as you go in not expecting New York or Deep Dish style pizza you won't be disappointed.

Updated Review! We gave this place another shot tonight. Pizzas were much much better than our first experience. Dough was fresh, ingredients were good. I ordered a hang ten and husband had something with a bunch of meat. I also ordered wings. The sign said "try our spicy bbq" so I asked for that and they were out. So, I had honey bbq which was good. I also wanted to try the dessert pizza with apples that they were also out of. But, in the end the pizza was great, I'm sure we will be back! Old Review: The subway of pizzas. Fun ambiance but not very tasty pizza. Pre made flat breads are thrown on a tray, covered in toppings and put through a toaster. Maybe OK for the highschool kids but I wouldn't want my kids eating it. It just isn't good. If they used actual pizza dough, it might stance a chance.

I absolutely love this place. I eat here at least once a week because quick, but FRESH! Like Subway but for pizza, and a million times yummier. You can choose whatever crust, sauce, & toppings you want. Everyone who works here is awesome, but Julio is my favorite :) P.S. Try the peanut sauce!!

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
